While most people think in words, thoughts or colors, we think differently, we think in sounds.           What exactly do we do at Sounds™? Well we make sounds of course. Not paint by number, slap on track kind of sounds, but strikingly creative sounds, specifically crafted for each individual project.           So what goes into a sound? That depends on the specific sound of course, whether it is musical in nature or a sound effect. What we believe is most important however, is what comes out of a sound, the emotions that are conveyed.           Who are we exactly? Think of Thelma and Louise, but male, and Thelma happens to be a genetically engineered super, uhm, engineer, while Louise is actually guitar rock god, who has been sent to earth to save all of humanity from ultimate destruction. That seems to sum it up quite nicely.           Kristjan Edelstein is a Producer, Arranger and Composer, who happens to have a nice "hobby" as a first call guitarist in Iceland. Kris studied at the Berklee College of Music in Boston, but luckily we don't hold that against him. Kristjan has worked with countless artists in Iceland, including Egill Ólafsson, Bubbi Morthens and Pálmi Gunnarson. Not only has Kris composed and produced music for TV, film and advertising in Iceland, but he also composed and directed for the Akureyri theatre company, we don't hold that against him either.           Kyle Gudmundson is a Producer, Mix Engineer and Sound Designer. He is able to comfortably wear every "hat" in the audio recording industry, which may have something to do with his exceptionally large ears. Kyle has had the opportunity to engineer certified gold recording artists Melanie Doane and Julian Austin, as well as multi-platinum recording artists The Guess Who. In addition to his extensive Discography, Kyle has also worked on video game franchises, such as, Resident Evil and Dino Crisis. Television credits include The Wrong Coast, Radio Free Roscoe and Party of Five. Kyle has a broad list of advertising credits, comprising global corporations such as BMW, Gatorade, Land Rover, McDonalds, Ikea, Ford and Budweiser.
